Description
Flaked coconut milk, sugar, eggs, and Bisquick make a sweet and easy dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup flaked/shredded coconut
¾ cup sugar
½ cup Original Bisquick
¼ cup butter, melted
1 ¾ cups milk
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
4, eggs slightly beaten
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Grease a 9 or 9.5 inch pie plate with butter or vegetable shortening.
In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir with fork or wire whisk until
blended.
Place prepared pie plate on a cookie sheet, pour filling into pie plate, place in oven and bake
for 45-50 minutes or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted between the middle
and edge comes out lean.
